This role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors, the reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed. This role requires a minimum of at least ten years experience working in the earthmoving and civil construction industry with three of those years in a senior/supervisory role is essential to the position. A strong people/supervision skill together with an ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels is important, as are sound planning and organization skills. A strong understanding and working knowledge of OHS&R, Environmental Management and Quality Systems is required. The Site Foreman will also be required to use their own initiative and apply a deductive approach when maintaining productivity and cost effectiveness.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the daily programming of all site works is performed in accordance with the Company construction program.
• In conjunction with the Project Manager, Site Engineer andConstruction Manager• Plan and review overall status of project(s) on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure all site resource (labor, machinery, materials, sub-contractors etc) are effectively utilized and monitored in order to achieve timely completion of projects.
• Ensure the Purchasing Officer is provided with sufficient notice when plant and equipment are free to go to another site.

• Ensure the Project Manager is promptly provided with any relevant documentation received from either the client or authorities.

இந்தியாவில் மேல்நிலைக்கல்வி படிக்கும் 90 சதவீத மாணவ, மாணவிகளுக்கு மருத்துவம் படிக்க வேண்டும் என்பது முதல் இலக்காக இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் அனைவருக்கும் இந்த வாய்ப்பு கிடைப்பதில்லை. இதற்கு காரணம் இந்தியாவில் மருத்துவக்கல்லூரிகளில் போதிய இடங்கள் இல்லை.
டாக்டர்களின் தேவை இருந்தாலும் மாணவர் சேர்க்கை கெடுபிடிகள் அதிகம். இந்திய அளவில் 1700 பேருக்கு ஒரு டாக்டர் என்ற நிலைமை இருப்பதாக புள்ளி விவரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.

வெளிநாடுகளில் மருத்துவ படிப்பை நிறைவு செய்தாலும் இந்தியாவில் மத்திய அரசால் நடத்தப்படும் ஸ்கிரீனிங் டெஸ்ட்டில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றால் மட் டுமே இங்கு டாக்டர்களாக பணி யாற்ற முடியும். இத்தேர்வு ஆண்டுதோறும் மார்ச் மற்றும் செப்டம்பரில் நடைபெறும்.
கடந்த மார்ச் மாதம் நடந்த தேர்வில் பங்கேற்ற 8 ஆயிரம் நபர்களில் 1200 பேர் மட்டுமே தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர். இதில் பிலிப்பைன்ஸில் படித்தவர்களே அதிகம் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர்.
பிலிப்பைன்ஸில் மருத்துவ படிப்புகளில் சேர்பவர்களுக்கு முதல் ஆண்டு படிப்பு மட்டும் புனேயில் நடத்தப்படுகிறது.
தமிழகத்தை பொறுத்தவரை நெல்லை, கோவை, மதுரை, திருச்சி பகுதி மாணவ,மாணவிகள் அதிகளவில் அங்கு மருத்துவம் படிக்க விண்ணப்பித்து வருகின்றனர். பொதுவாக அனைத்து வசதிகளை கணக்கிட்டு வெளிநாட்டு கல்வி நிறுவனங்களை மாணவர்கள் தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
